You bring the engineers. We put the operators on the machines.

We are a family-run earthmoving contractor in Venezuela with our own machines, our own operators and our own workshop. Nothing in our fleet is subleased. If you are mobilizing a project here and need earthmoving capacity you can hold someone accountable for, this page has what your procurement department needs.

The part you cannot bring with you

Tier 02 · equipment with operator

A contractor entering Venezuela can bring project management, engineering and method. What does not travel is a heavy fleet and the people who know how to run it in this terrain, in this weather, with parts that are not on a shelf nearby. That is the gap we fill, and it is the arrangement most of our international work takes.

You provide

Direction of the works

You stay in charge of the project. Nothing about how you run the site changes.

  • Engineering, method and survey
  • Site supervision and the work front
  • Sequence, targets and acceptance
  • Site access and permits

We provide

Machines, operators and the workshop behind them

You get productive machine hours, not an equipment invoice and a phone number.

  • Machines from our own fleet, serviced and ready
  • Our own operators, experienced on the specific model
  • Workshop backing for the whole duration, including breakdowns on your site
  • Mobilization of the equipment to the site

Your engineers. Our operators. One fleet answering to both.

These are working machines, not a showroom fleet, and we publish the model year of every one of them. A dozer that has been maintained in-house since it was bought is a different proposition from the same dozer after four owners. Which is why this page ends at the workshop. How we keep them running →

Hour meters, unit-level specifications and maintenance records are part of the vendor pack and are sent on request.

What we do with it

Scopes we take on

Earthmoving from first access to final compaction. We can supply equipment only, equipment with operators, or take responsibility for the finished work.

Coverage and mobilization

Where the fleet goes

Outside our usual working area the lowboy haul becomes a real part of the cost and the schedule. We would rather price it honestly up front than discover it after award.

If your project sits outside that area, send us the location. We will tell you whether we can reach it and what mobilization involves, before you commit to anything.

Operators

The reason this arrangement works

Our operators are on our payroll, not hired per job with the machine. They know the specific unit they are assigned to, and they notice when it starts behaving differently — which is usually the difference between a scheduled service and a stopped work front. When you take equipment with an operator, we answer for both the machine and the person running it.

Maintenance

The workshop is why a fleet this age is still working.

The company started because heavy equipment was hard to get here and whoever could not repair it stayed idle. The workshop came out of that, and it is still in-house. For you it means maintenance happens on schedule rather than when budget allows, and a breakdown on your site is attended by people who work for us.

In-house workshopConfirmed

We do not depend on an outside shop to put a machine back to work.

In-house operatorsConfirmed

Our own people, experienced on these models.

Staff mechanics

Three to four mechanics depending on workload, with years of experience on these same machines.

Preventive maintenance

Every machine has its own service record, kept up to date. We do not wait for a breakdown: servicing follows the intervals the manufacturer specifies.

Spare parts and inventory

We keep our own spare parts in the workshop. It does not cover everything, but it keeps a common failure from stopping the job while a part is sourced.

On-site response

If the failure can be fixed on site, a mechanic goes to the job. If not, on contracts that justify it we can swap the machine so the work front does not stop.
