A shrimp farm is earthmoving on the worst ground there is: soft, saturated and right next to the water. The pond is excavated, that same material builds the dike, and the dike has to be shaped and compacted to hold. We run a wide-track dozer that bears down more gently and works where a standard-track machine bogs, and we have done this work for real.
