Frequently asked questions
What we get asked before contracting.
If your question is not here, write to us and we will answer it. And if it comes up again, we will add it.

Do you rent the machine on its own, or does it always come with an operator?
Both. You can take the equipment on its own and run it with your crew, or take it with our operator. The second is the more common arrangement, especially if it is your first time working with heavy equipment.
Are the machines yours, or do you sub-rent them?
Every one is ours. We do not offer any sub-rented machine, and all of them are maintained in our workshop. That is why we can answer for the equipment instead of just passing you the owner's number.
How does the machine get to the site?
We contract haulage with specialised transporters and it is billed separately from the rental. The price depends on the machine, the distance and site access; once you tell us where the job is, we give you the two figures apart.
Do you work outside Trujillo state?
Yes. We have worked in Trujillo, Zulia, Lara and Mérida, and we can mobilise to other states depending on the project. The exception is Bolívar state, where we do not normally work because of distance and haulage conditions.
What happens if the machine fails in the middle of the job?
Our workshop attends to it. That is the point of having our own workshop: you do not depend on a third party's availability to get back to work.
Who provides fuel and consumables?
It is agreed before we start, based on the location and duration of the job. Fuel supply is not the same everywhere in Venezuela, so we do not set a single rule: we settle it with you when we quote.
What is the minimum rental period?
We do not set a rigid minimum. We rent by the hour, by the day, by the week or for longer periods: the arrangement and the duration are set according to what each project needs.
How do you invoice and what payment methods do you accept?
Pricing is referenced in US dollars. Payment can be made in cash or in bolívares at a rate agreed for the job. Depending on scope and client, we may require an advance before mobilising the equipment; terms are set before work starts.
